The Bread Dreamers coaching staff is built on relationships, accountability, and a genuine investment in every player's future — on and off the court.
Coach Reggie founded the New York Bread Dreamers in 2022 with a vision to give NYC kids access to elite-level development and the biggest tournament circuits in the country. As head coach and owner, he sets the culture, builds the roster, and personally invests in every player who puts on a Bread Dreamers jersey. His philosophy is simple: develop the whole person, not just the player.
"Every kid deserves a real shot. My job is to make sure they get one."
Coach Kevin joined the Bread Dreamers staff in 2024, bringing energy, knowledge, and a player-first mentality to the program. He works closely with players on individual skill development, game preparation, and building the mental toughness required to compete at the highest level.

Coach RJ joined the staff in 2026, adding depth and expertise to the coaching team. His passion for the game and commitment to player growth make him a valuable part of the Bread Dreamers family. He brings a fresh perspective and high energy to every practice and tournament.
